Here's the really bad news, if it says " carb" (never mind low) anywhere on the label, the advertising or the website -- for pete's sake--, it's gotta go.
The sort-of- good news is that the product doesn't HAVE to go, it's just needing "proper" relabelling.
The question is, do the manufacturers want to bother? Apparently not. Even Saputo/Dairyland, right here in Canada, have trashed their excellent CarbAware ultrafiltered milk with low lactose and higher protein. Despite the silliness of never having even thought (apparently) of a whole wide market out there of the lactose intolerant, hypoglycemics, diabetics and even older people who need more protein and less sugars in their diets and have low appetite. But they buy milk.
Dang, it makes me mad, it's so STUPID business-wise ;( .
