I've had days when I had to work up some carbs.........I usually add more good veggies to my salad i.e. celery, carrots, cucumbers, green pepper. I also add grated cheese to my cooked veggies along with a little heavy cream - makes a yummy cheese covered vegetable. Why don't you try planning a meal on Fitday and see what you have to add to come up with enough carbs.
