Denise Austin
Since my husband and I got a DVR with our new Dish Network, I've been recording Denise Austin every morning. It's nice to have a different work out every morning that isn't too intense. I also find that if I get up and do it before work, I'm more motivated to stick to the diet, since I don't want to gain back any lbs that I just worked off from that hard work that morning!!! The thing I like about Denise is that she is so motivating, telling you the whole time, "burn that butter!"

Yes, it is a nice easy, energizing workout. If I had a way to record it, I'd be doing that one, too. I used to get up and do it at 7 am, but I have been just staying bed until 730 and exercising right after the kiddos go to school.

There is a new one on right after Denise, it's called My Workout powered by PodFitness. It's awesome, a different trainer and different workout every day! A little more intense though.
