Use the hidden carb counter on this site and you can see that there are accually low quanities of carbs in it. my brand of marble cheese also sayes zero carbs (equality brand from food basics, in Ontario) So, if you eat it too much at one time, those low amounts of hidden carbs can still add up orver the day to a carb or 2 depending on the quanity you eat per day. But if your eating chease daily you might as well eat the "zero" with hidden carbs over stuff that has 2-3 carbs per serving right! in the long run you still get to consume more. hehe
I dont know why the government allows companies to put ZERO on the lable just cause the carb count is less then 1 carb. I want to know about that .5 or .25 even!! they can add up over the corse of daily snaking expecally for someone doing induction and trying to remain under 20 grams.
