I'm Over EGGS!!!
This is something that I have been having reqularly. It helps to satisfy the sweet tooth that I have in the morning, plus it is filling.

German Pancake - Low carb no lemon

4 each eggs
1/4 cup protien Powder (vanilla flavored)
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons heavy cream
4 tablespoons butter
1 pinch salt
Preheat oven and pie pan to 425.
Mix eggs, cream, water, protien powder and salt until smooth.
add butter to pie pan and coat pan with it. After it melts add the egg mixture.
Cook at 425 for 8 minutes.
Turn oven down to 275 and cook for 7 minutes.
Serve with lots of butter and low carb syrup. You can also use splenda and lemon, but add the carbs for the lemon.
