how much protein are you eating. im 5'10 200lbs i jogg and lift weights and currently on the a general low carb diet. i eat 180 grams of protein is that to much?

How much protein are you eating? I'm 5' 10" tall and weigh 200 lbs. I jog and lift weights and am currently on a general low carbohydrate diet. I eat 180 grams of protein [per day]. Is that too much?

I am 5' 6" and weigh
156 lbs and I consume
a MINIMUM of 140 grams
of protein per day in my
Whey Protein Smoothies
alone.

Protein Good - Carbs Bad -
LOW FAT is better...

I'm 5'51/2" and weigh 145 pounds. I seem to be averaging 100 grams of protein a day, and close to the same in fat grams (:::gasp::.

I think I'll be cutting some fat soon, though. I haven't lost any weight in a few days, but i think I'm gaining muscle.
