RickinTN is locked out - needs help

Rick was trying to change his email address and it sent the activation email to him. When he clicks on it, copies it or anything else, it goes to a blank page and won't load anything at all so he cannot reactivate his account and needs help.

This same thing happened a few weeks ago when I changed my email address - you all had to unlock mine. Could you please unlock his as well.
