It seems that many people lose weight rapidly on LC diets. My biggests concern is loose skin. Is it common to have flabs of skin remaining afer weigth loss? If so, how is the problem dealth with? Thanks.

Not me! I flushed 57 pounds on the FFP and a total of 80+ in one year. Thanks to the FFP in conjunction with dry skin brushing and pilates, I have no hanging skin issues. Wahoooooooooo!

Speaking as someone in the chronologically gifted age group, I can safely say I don't have the collagen of a 20-something, either!

Moral of da story: diet, exercies, dry brushing = lovely toned tight skin. HONEST! (check out m'pics)

Thanks for the reply. What is FFP, and what is dry brushing?

depends on how much you lose. I certainly did. I had to have an abdominoplasty to remove the loose skin.
