Default where i buy flaxseed oil?

Can I get the flaxseed oil in a supermarket? Or GNC? What about the taste? Can I just fry something in it like eggs or just grill salmon on flazseed oil?

GNC probably has it.

I get mine at Wal-Mart but i am going to look for a different source since i dont think it is very fresh.

you could also try online stores such as

IMO this should be in the refrigerated section of the health food store. Good brands have sell-by and use-by dates. Flax is unstable and should be kept chilled at home too.
Even when chilled it turns rancid quickly so use it up.
If it's fresh, it tastes ok. It's pretty good mixed with cottage cheese and tomatoes. Most of the taste complaints are from rancid oil, I think.
Don't cook with it. Raw and cold is best.

hehe the "Use by" date on the last bottle i got at Wal-Mart was 9/05.

I am gonna have to find a health food store and try a different variety.
