I’m a slow loser, but I am being consistent.
This is the low number on the scale for me, so anything lower than this will be a new low.
At Xmas I was above 190, so I see this as a huge win to have that well behind me.
Still learning, including as I’ve aged, what worked before for weight loss, well it doesn’t anymore….things have definitely changed.

Arrgggg ....the effect of enjoying real homemade icecream truly a joy. French vanilla, and lemon. Leftovers from sons grad party are gone....on to low carb versions!

Myself, yesterday was a very hungry day, probably because I had not slept well (11 hours total in 2 nights). I know when I don’t sleep well, it not only leads to more hours awake, those hours are hungrier hours.
