Default Post Resistance Workout Meal P.M.

I was told that the Post Resistance Workout Meal should contain protein and carbs and to avoid fat and fiber at this time. Since I work out after work this meal would be dinner for me. Any suggestions? Sample menu's?

Keep that meal small and preferably in liquid form - a shake with some carbs and protein. This meal is to get protein to your just abused muscle tissue. Have a real LC meal a few hours later - with BFL you should be eating 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day. It's OK to have a small meal closer to bed time when you're lifting heavy weights.

Is the Post Resistance meal only for cardio days?

Post resistance means after your resistance workout - it's after you lift weights.
