Default Just starting question?

Hi to all the experienced BFLer's. My dh and I just started this past week with our first challenge. Just a couple of questions.

I recently had a baby and have quite a bit of bf to lose especially in the lower body and abs. Is this program really enough to lose fat? It just doesn't seem like much. I'm used to doing cardio daily and more ab work.

Second, for lower body day, what exercises can I do? I don't have a home gym or a membership nor can I get either right now. I have dumbbells and a bench. Today I did lunges and squats. What else is there?

I would appreciate any input!

Jlynn

Hi jlynn,
think you will be happy with BFL, at least as a start to get you into weights and good eating habits (not saying you dont have them already..)

Do you have the BFL book, if not, it is an excellent resource. Also, you may want to check out this website which shows you all kinds of exercises you can do with dumbbells.

hope this helps,
good luck
