I've been going thru the older posts and have saved a bunch of recipes.. thanks!
In return; I will share w/you what I had for lunch today.
1 Cooked chicken breast diced or shredded
(can also use canned chicken -- I get mine from Costco - preferred)
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp finely chopped white onion
2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
1 rib celery thinly sliced
Mix all together and serve over a bed of baby spinach leaves. YUMMM!
Can also be spooned neatly onto backsides of baby spinach leaves in a boat-like fashion for adorable hors d'ovres (sp?). And of course, like any kind of salad, this tastes better after it's set in the fridge for several hours.
I am having a hard time finding anything to drink during induction. I don't want carbs, caffiene, sugar, or aspartame. Help!
I *like* water, but I think I'd like to try something different. I don't ask for much...lol
