Back to what works!
Hi!
I'm Michele in NC. I've low carbed before but gave it up when I was at the gym 5 days a week, eating on plan and gaining weight. Gave up the gym too because I was exhausted ALL THE TIME! It was my thryoid. It took me several years to get it diagnosed and get on the correct meds. That was 3 years ago. In the past 3 years, I've had 3 foot/ ankle surgeries (still in a cast and no weight bearing for another month), so there has been very little activity. I've tried reducing calories and that worked a bit but was hard for me to stick to. It finally dawned on me to go back to what worked in the past. DUH! I'm doing Atkins '72.
