Cool Reaching Goal .... DON'T CHANGE YOUR WOE !!!

The biggest mistake people make is to go back to their old ways, once they lost the weight!

Then, a few months later, they will say That "diet" didn't work! As soon as I got off it, I gained the weight right back....!!!

Well what do they expect! What do they think made them fat in the first place?

Yes, definitely treat yourself after reaching your goal, but only occaisionally (once a week, for example.)

But to slip back into your old ways after doing all that Hard Work is just plain ridiculous.

Stay on the Phase 3 plan. Reward yourself occaisionally, and live the healthy SBD lifestyle.... (and watch Low-Carb Cooking on the Food Channel !)

Bill

Hi, Bill,
I see you're at the point the maintainance phase is about to start.
Me too, and I'm scared, as I'm reaching my goal being on phase II.

Just now realising that it's a life style, and I can't/don't want to go back. Ever!
With this message I want to congradulate you and to incourage myself - to keep alert.
Greta
