Default questions questions

Got some questions for all of ya,
I do about 40 mins to an hour a day of acrdio about 6-7 days a week. I really enjoy it so that is part of the reason I likedoing it. I was wondering though what shouldbe my target heart rate? I am 29. Is it possible to do to much cardio and not actual lose? For a couple of weeks since I ahve upped cardio to 6 days a week I was gaining. Which many people said was water weight. So i should be able to start losing again right? Personally I want to eat what I want---welll not junk but not worry so much about cals and etc.

Thanks

Keep moving and don't use your cardio to justify eating more. Nothing wrong with doing some cardio every day. Vary the intensity and time a little.
