Default Woooo Hooooooooo

I got a call from my Dr last night with my insulin level results......they have been high since I was 13 years old ( I am 42 now) wellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll...

they are now TOTALLY NORMAL.......

I am so happy she said I may be able to get off the meds, but what I did not tell her is I have not been taking them! had not had them for several months before getting checked.....so I confessed to her and she said keep doing what I am doing that it is working great for me....

I will NEVER change my WOE again.......

Wonderful!!

Isn't it sad that more doctors can't be more supportive of this way of eating, especially with results like yours to prove them wrong? Keep up the great job!!!!

WOW, Roseanna----that is good news for dh and I. We both have wandering insulin levels and blood sugar levels, and feel so much better on this WOE.

I am glad you have found 'the way.'
