I am a schwarzbein fan who has been trying since her books came out to
follow and lose some weight. I have only recently switched from coffee
drinking to black tea. Now I am hoping to stay here for a while and then
gradually cut back on this or switch to green tea. I actually feel a bit
better on tea alone. I think I have been using coffee for years to mask
adrenal fatigue. But it has been so bad for me. I had intestinal problems
from drinking coffee, and energy problems. So anyway, I guess I am still
on a slow road to healing via Schwarzbein. I follow a semi-low carb plan
also more consistently lately. I can't wait for her new book to come out.
I pre-ordered it on amazon.
I am hoping with the warmer weather
that I can stop caffeine cause I usually want the warm drink in the morning.
