Hi gym log day 1 aug 22,
I walked at a new track today. It is closer to my house. The only bad thing is that it is only 1/7 of a mile around so I have to really keep track of the times I go around. It is nice and cool out today.
I did 4 laps of regular walking. As soon as I get used to this track i will start power walking.
My big challenge this week will be the 3 flights of stairs to go up with a heavy load of school books.

4 laps 1/4 mile = 1 mile

Hi monday aug 29
had to change my exercise this weekend, i walked up and down the driveway sort of uphill and did steps in the basement. It wasn't the same had leg cramps last night.
mondays are harder to get back into the swing of things I did 3 laps today. I must have stepped the wrong way my left knee was bothering me so I stopped.
Going to have a busy day today. hopefully a better walk day tuesday and also to conquer the 3 flights of stairs at school.

Hi Tuesday,
I had to do some fast walking today it is getting ready to rain. I did not have time to go to the mall to walk so I did my regular walk. 4 laps no power walking just fast.

Hi,
Had a good exercise day 4 laps before the rain started. I am thinking about upping my hand held weights from 1 lb to 2 lbs.

HI,
I have so much homework today, I decided to do my shortcut exercises and I did the basement stair stepping. I hope this will help go up those 3 flights of stairs at college. that last part of the walk is really tough.

Hi,
It so hard getting back on that track after a long weekend. I bought new 2 lb weights and I was really hoping to use them today. I am having a very rough time and am feeling sick when I am trying to exercise. Hopefully later I will feel better to do something. I have the mountain to climb tonight, that 3rd staircase I am determined to beat it!

HI,
I worked out today with my new weights and I can really feel it already. I was only able to do 2 laps and I was sweating big time. I have to start wearing my support hose now that it is starting to cool off.
I have to figure out what I am going to do for Thursday because I have a doctors appt at the time I would normally be exercising.

HI, Monday Sept 12

I was really sore last week after trying my new weights. I took it easy for a few days I don't want to get injured thats how I got into this mess plus a few other things. I joined a challenge and I have ordered a pedometer and I can't wait for it to come in the mail.

HI Oct 12
my pedometer has not come in the mail yet. I am considering going to the mall to exercise for this winter so I won't feel so isolated. I am going to pull out my exercise bike and my videos to start my winter program. The bees are just too aggressive this fall for me to keep exercising at the track. I will change my routine when the warmer weather comes in the spring.
