Fresh Pasta That Tasted Good!

I had the opportunity to try The Low Carb Baker's fresh pasta at Taste of the Nation last night.

I have to say I was impressed! Good flavour and texture. He served it just with butter and Parmesan cheese so any "sins" would be hard to hide.

If pasta is one of your "things", you may want to check it out.
