I'm going to be moving in about a week so I'll be travelling from Alaska, through Canada and all the way to California. I've tried going on the low carb diet before but it was too hard living with 5 other people who weren't, with all their high carb food calling to me all the time. I figured this would the perfect time to start again since it'll just be me and whatever I buy.
Here's my question:

What low carb products do you recommend that don't require cooking?
