Default Comparative tables of nutrients content in various organs meats

In my m&e early days, the linked web-site (don’t mind the focus group), with these tables in particular, helped me immensely to make sure I take in enough vitamins and minerals at m&e, especially that I’m not yet into rawst beef idea.

Hopefully, they will serve the good turn to somebody else...

Do your local shops sell organ meats? I don't have any regular supply of any organ meat. My local Whole Foods store has veal and beef liver on an irregular basis, but I have seen organic liver there once only (and I have not much enthusiasm for meat from antibiotic & growth-hormone filled animals). They have chicken livers too, but I always imagine industrially-raised chickens having an even more crap existence than other animals on industrial farms, so I don't buy those. I have a great local food shop which is run by a committed food activist who will only stock produce from local farms, and it has grass-fed meat, but it never has any organ meat. I just don't have anywhere within striking distance that sells these foods, not sure if I'm in a particularly bad spot or not.

I would definitely have liver, kidneys and heart in my paleo diet if I could find some. Actually I have never tried heart in my whole life!

You may want to ask a butcher at Whole Foods about the naturally raised beef liver. My Whole Foods stocks it frozen, and it's quite good.

Yep, they are on sale from local farmers at supermarkets or I can just directly ask a butcher to leave me some tasty bits.
Pity, it’s a bit of a problem at your place, who knows maybe one day I’ll set up organic organ meats export to US Hard to bring myself to the idea there is a person who hasn’t tried heart (which btw makes a tasty stew or delicious aspic, traditional Russian dish).
