went on vacation and stayed on plan
I went on 4 days trip to Atlantic city and stayed on plan the whole time. My best friend loves and eats high carb food. You name it, pizza, lasagna, fries, mashed potato and gravy, baked ziti.....
I ate great food like omelet, steak, pork chops,wings, salads,ribs...The end of each meal my friend complained of being stuffed. Anyway this is the first time I went on vacation and didn't gain weight, enjoyed the food and my trip much better than before. I even got to exercise by either walking or swimming everyday. Of course my supporting friend was a big help. The last day I told her: we never went to buffet and she replied: You don't eat enough to go to buffet. I just want to say HOORAY FOR LOWCARB.
