Default chinese food

Help ,
I am going out for lunch with some friends and we are going for chinese, What can I eat...
I have been doing good, and have lost about 20 pounds in the last three weeks.

Dear Cece,
Hi. I used to work in chinese restaurants. Ask them if their salt n pepper ribs are battered? If the ribs are batter-free, they can be a pretty good choice. Fried chicken, beef, prawns in garlic sauce are pretty safe too. Ask them to hold the sugar though, they put sugar in everything. I hope I didn't reply your post too late. Have fun.

Thanks for the information. I have already gone , but I ate some eggdrop soup, and beef and vegs, so I think I am ok. But thank you for the reply, and have a wonderful week.
