Hi there! I ordered 2 bottles a week ago. 750 mg. Yesterday was day 6 on it, the way it's prescribed, and I can honestly say that my appetite dropped. Today is day 7, and I feel fine, have had 2 meals so far. Will know more as the days progress.. but someone told me it kicked in for her in 14 days.

I also go some Desert Burn Hoodia and it seems to be working for me, really cuts your appetite. I love that there are no side effects at all.

It works wonders, if you get the right stuff. I bought it from Flora company. I got the regular stuff without caffine at first. Then when that ran out and I had to get another bottle I opted for the stuff with the caffine because there was more in the bottle. Ah, that was a mistake. Not a horrible one. It doesn't work as well only because I think they put a lesser amount of the actual Hoodia in it because of the caffine. I like caffine haha. But I am going to buy the other one without it because I had more success on it than the other.

Though, I have been taking less of it so that could also be a factor. I do take one capsule everyday though.

I have been taking the Hoodoba brand for 2 weeks it was the one on the 60 minute show it took me about 10 days to notice a difference, so far I have lost 4# just not being hungry. I must admit I drink green tea but it never did anything for me as far as weightoss goes I just like it.

Not much change since I started Hoodia but I'll finish the bottle. Does cut my appetite though.

I took it for awhile, and I think it was more the power of suggestion than anything. I think it works for some, and doesn't for others... just like anything.
