Hi everyone,

I'm new to this site and am so happy to see that there is life in Ottawa! I'm moving back next week, having left 13 years ago, so am I little intimidated as to what to expect.

A little about myself: I'm 31 years old, vegetarian who loves the outdoors. I've been living in the US for the past 3 years, which has been a wonderful experience, however I am very excited to return and discover what Ottawa has to offer as an "adult" (I left when I was 18) Wow... how time flies.

I've been following the Soy Zone for two weeks and am feeling the benefits already. Much more energy, focus, not to mention losing 4 lbs. WOHOO!

Anyway, just wanted to say hi! If anyone knows of any clubs or gatherings in the Ottawa area, please let me know. I would really like the opportunity to meet new people with similar interests. Perhaps a group hike in the Gatineaus?
