Default Canadian Tire - Rival Ice Cream and Snow Cone Machines

Just looked through the Canadian Tire flyer for this week (Aug 29th to Sept 4th) and they have Rival hard ice cream and Snow Cone machines on sale. The ice cream machine looks (from the pic) like the one I bought in the US for $36 Cdn and is priced at $45. It's the kind where you keep the cannister in the freezer. If it IS the same model, it was $80 at London Drugs here. The Snow Cone machine is on sale for $35 - not sure what price Mischa paid for it in the US. They also have a soft ice cream machine, also by Rival, for $60. Just thought I would let folks know!

Mischa doesn't remember exactly what she paid for the Rival Snow Cone machine, but thinks it was about $19 US, so roughly $30 Cdn.. that means that the Canadian Tire price IS good (for Canada)!.. Apparently, the Da Vinci syrups are great over the snow cone slushie stuff!

We bought a sno-cone machine a few weeks ago (at London Drugs), and have since picked up 22 different Davinci syrups for it. Best investment ever.
