Default Chicken Stir Fry Thai-Style - Phase 1 Friendly

Chicken Stir Fry Thai-Style

Ingrediants

2 chicken breasts, minced (tiny cubes)

½ bunch cilantro, minced

2 dozen basil leaves, minced

3 serrano chilis, minced

dash of fish sauce

dash of soy sauce

1 tblsp Tony Chacherer cajun spice

½ red onion, minced

1 bunch of green onions, diced
2 tblsp olive oil


Heat a pan over high heat with some olive oil. Add the minced onions and saute for 5 minutes. At the last 2 minutes of sauteing the onions add the minced chilis and saute with the onions. In the last minute of sauting the onion and chilis add the green onions. Remove and set aside the onions/chilis mix. Turn the heat up to high, add some more olive oil to cover the bottom of your fry pan. Add to your minced chicken the tony cajun spice and a pinch of the cilantro/basil that is minced. Add a few tablespoons of chicken at a time and fry. Fast and Hot. Remove from pan and continue until all chicken is cooked. Return to the pan all the chicken, the onion/chilis mix and the rest of the herbs. mix well, add the soy sauce, toss a few times and serve. Enjoy!

Great thanks for that, had no idea, I pressing the amount of carbs are unknown then?
