Hello all.

Yesterday I cooked and froze 9 portions of chilli. Today I am doing chicken curry. I have another chicken in the fridge and I am wondering what to make tomorrow? Any ideas?

Asian chicken stir fry or even an asian chicken salad. Chicken parm sounds good too with grilled chicken and a low carb tomato sauce.

Wow! You're cooking an awful lot. I usually cook a batch, eat it, cook a new batch. Of course, that means I'm eating the same thing for a while, but I don't mind.

I've got a big rack of ribs I need to cook. I usually do them in my pressure cooker, sauce them, then broil them up. Yummy! You could get them ready to be broiled and then broil them on the day you intend to eat them.
