Pills- no. diet- probably best to think of it as the way you need to eat to keep your health.

Most of us will never be able to go back to eating like most people in Western societies eat. Honestly, if I can get my health back otherwise, I can live with that. My health is so far down the tubes now, especially because of chemical sensitivities, that I can't even work outside the home now, so just being healthy sounds good to me.
