Default The One Month Challenge

This is open to guys, girls, everyone!

Let's see who can lose the most weight in one month, starting today, June 12th, to next month, July 12th.

It would be awesome to have a group of people motivating each other to keep going, and hey why not make some friends in the process? I think with all of us helping and encouraging one another, we can make all kinds of progress!
