Default Why am I still in Ketosis??!!!

Unfortunately I had cheated this weekend. = (
But the foods i had cheated with weren't carbs, except for a handfull of chips i had. But i had overindulged with the P.B.( at least 4-5tbsp) had a lot of whipped cream with splenda(talking mounds here) with berries, alot of cheese, 3 low carb cookies, and a low carb meal bar.But for some reason yesterday and today the ketosticks were a deep purple (the second, or third last colour on the chart).
I wasnt even in ketosis on friday or sat.

I'm not complaining but does anyone know whats going on??
was that kind of like carb cycling? but obviously in an unhealthy way.

Perhaps you are one who can eat higher carbs and still lose? Everyone is different that way. Besides, other than the foods not being induction friendly, I don't see anything too terrible. I'd not worry and just move forward.

Hey thanks for the quick replies.

Well, I'm starting induction again, I know the above arent legal induction foods. but my typical day consists of:

Breakfast-2 eggs,1 tbsp mayo, 1oz cheese, 2 pcs veggie meat.

Lunch -large salad(about 3cups) 1oz cheese, 2tbsp blue cheese dressing

Dinner-2oz cheese,
some type of veg.(usually salad, turnip, broccoli, sometimes avocado, )
2 pcs veggie meat w/1tbsp cream cheese
Some type veg protien.(veggie hot dog, or tofu, veg.burger)

and once in awhile i'll throw in a few more hard boiled eggs with mayo.

I know, i gotta start cutting down on the cheese.

You're not prying, I'm not vegan but lacto-ovo vegetarian.
Meaning I just eat eggs, and cheese.

Your carbs remained low enough to keep you in ketosis. I don't think that your cheats were bad enough to take you out of ketosis. If you much cheat, go for the low carb cheats.
