Default Chicken Ala King

Was in the grocery today and saw a can of chicken ala king. Looked up some low carb versions, but didn't get very far. Some weren't even low carb....

Sooooo any ideas?

Thanks!

This recipe looks low carb-able to me.

Maybe simmer chopped mushrooms in cream and spices then process down to a puree to substitute for the commercial can of mushroom soup and leave the flour out.

I love recipes that call for a whole chicken without the skin. I get to eat a whole chicken skin.
