It's been awhile....
So it's been awhile on here and I have been a not so good girl :-p. I have gained only a few pounds and decided to get back on track. I currently weigh about 148 and am dying to get down to 135 by the summer. Some people don't agree that I need to lose anymore but I do. I want to be in the 30's, is that to bad to want??? I am on day 4 back into induction. Hopefully it will work as well as it did for the first time. I know it wont come off as fast as it did the first time. But so far I have lost about 2 water pounds. Anyway wanted to say hello to all that I havent seen in awhile and to let you all know I am baaaack.

Girl, as long as you are healthy, you can weigh whatever you want to! If 135 is the number you are going to feel at peace with, then go for it and don't worry about other people's opinions. Good luck to you!
Don't fret if you don't lose as much initially as you did before. My body took a few weeks to "re-adjust" to low carbing (I lost 40 pounds 2 years ago but gained it all back) -- when I began LC again in the beginning of April my body seemed to fight it and I only lost about 2 pounds in the first 2 weeks. But now that I've been back on track for about 6 weeks, I am losing steadily.
