Based on a 20-second google search, looks like some diet quack/motivational speaker. We're only fat as a defense mechanism, visualize yourself thin, etc.

Not sure why we're posting in war zone.

Then by all means, tell us of this miracle. What are the principles?

without going in to the whole book(i cant type, thats why my posts are short)
His book is very good for people like me who emotionally eat and who are fed up with restrictive diets.
If dieting is working for you and you can maintain your weight without yo-yoing all the time then his book is NOT for you.
But its great for someone like me who loses and gains the same 40 lbs every year.
If you dont want to read the book, some of the reviews on amazon explain the principles far better than I can.
Suffice to say, weight loss is much ,much slower than l/c and if you have a lot of emotional issues it can take time.
I gained in the first month!! and then suddenly lost a lot this month, without any stress or feeling like I was on a diet.
But, like a said if what you're doing is working then dont bother with this,I only mention it because I saw someone else ask the question.
xxxs

I read his book. It was a waste of money and time. Lot's of feel good advice but with very few practical specifics.

I've read his book as well.

It's no magic bullet, but there are some good ideas in there. He addresses things that LC doesn't, like psychological stress and meditation (and you guys can laugh all you like, but visualization actually does have something to it ).

But he also doesn't address carbohydrate addiction or insulin resistance or people who get triggered into overeating by sweets. I still feel that changing your diet along LC lines and exercising is more effective than his ideas.
