Question Dinner??

For dinner tonight I am going to make some ribeye steaks and for a side dish I bought a bag of frozen broccoli and cauliflower. Any one have any suggestions on how to cook up the vegs? Maybe some kind of lc cheese sauce? (we are on induction - first day back)
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Just melt some butter and any shredded or sliced cheese on top, you don't really need a saucey recipe

I love cauliflower with brown butter —~just melt some butter in a cast-iron skillet, then cook it until it gets brown (not black). Yum!

On broccoli I just like plain melted butter.

I make a great cheese sauce for broccoli, use equal parts of butter and cream, (maybe a couple of tablespoons) and some grated cheddar. Melt it all in a saucepan, and it's as creamy as the flour added version.

The cheese sauce sounds great - and so simple. I'm gonna try that tonight!! I have a whole bag of the stuff so any more thoughts are welcome. Is there any kind of a lc casserole i could maybe make? I tried the search here but didn't come up with much!
