Default Betatrim???

I think I got the wrong thing. I was looking for EAS BetaLean and ended up getting BetaTrim (that's what I get for not bringing my list! ). It is similar, but it doesn't have aspirin in it and a couple of the herbs. No l-carnine or whatever it was that I saw. I took two total today and had a kick booty workout this afternoon! I took a third of an aspirin with it. The total of ECA was:
E-12 mg,
C-198 mg,
A-160 mg

Is this the percentage I should start out with? This is one in the morning, one an hour before my weights and cardio in the afternoon (done at 2:00 to 3:00).

I don't want to fool around with my health, so I just want to make sure this is correct. I'm definitely feeling it, but I am not having the tembles or anything, just energy and warmth. My temp was 97.7 this morning. When do I check again and at what point do I need to go off. I read the thread at the top, but it just said baby aspirin and I didn't see exactly what temp for three days you need to watch for.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks! Amber

the ratio you have is correct. The E and C are what is important, and you have those ratios correct (close enough anyway).

Thank you! This is a relief. I am not having any ill effects from it, so I figured I was all right.
