Default Omgosh!!! Again!!!

I am doing the lowcarb thing again but my goal is to really stay dedicated this time around. I got down to 138lbs. in the summer and than i have skyrocketed back to my starting weight. I am so dissapointed in myself and at times i just wanna lock myself in the house and just eat all day. But I wont and i cant i am making a change today!!! To a better me inside and out. I am setting short term goals in order to achieve the overall weightloss i am PRAYING for. I am working hard to be 12lbs. lighter by February 11th thats my first goal. I am gonna work out at least 4x's a week and do my lowcarbing...I will soooooo need you guys support because as u all know this lowcarb lifestyle is not easy but soooo worth the results.

God Bless

I know the feeling, I got down to 240ish and then went off and regained it all and then some. You can do this - you're already setting short term goals - don't forget to have mini (non-edible) rewards for reaching those goals too! We're all in this together!!

Default your totally right

Your sooo right about setting a reward (non edible) for my short term goal. I think its gonna be getting my hair done. A new do for the 12lb. loss
