Default Resa's Exercise Log

Well up to walking 3 miles a day. I walked 7am this morning instead of the evening. I'm not sure if I like walking in the morning. I came back home, and laid down to rest and woke up at 10:30! I think I like walking at 7pm , cause I can come home jump in shower, then hop in to bed. I will try it again , cause my walking buddy likes to walk couple times a week in the mornings.


8/24/05

Well took us 2-3 weeks to move. Glad to be back online. I have done terrible on my diet and exercise! Gotta get back in the groove!
