Default Tuna Cheese Burger

Something I made for lunch yesterday that inspired me to post here, it may already exist somewhere, sorry for that.

I just wanted to share this recipe for a satisfying lunch that only packs 5.2 g of carbs total.

Tuna Chesse Burger

1 can solid white tuna drained

2 tbsp. raw onion

garlic powder

3 T mayo.

Several shakes Frank's Hot Sauce (salty)

pepper and celery salt to taste

Mix together till all blended, grate cheddar cheese and form patty.

In heated stick free pan cook the patty till both sides golden from the cheese.

Served with 1/2 cup english cucumber slices.

A very satisfying lunch with only 5.2 g total

Tuna 0.0
Onion 2.0
Mayo 0.1
Cheese 0.7
Hot sauce 0.0
Garlic Powder 0.5
pepper 0
Cuke slices 1.9

mmm...that sounds yummy...although for me, i'll ditch the onion...for whatever reason, onions seem to stall me...too much sugar released too quickly, i guess, despite the fact that it's not much carb overall...

thanks for a great recipe...this is my lunch today!

Thanks!

We had this tonight!

I used chopped green onions-tops and all/used white tuna from pouch..{Starkist} {omited hot sauce}

Yummy & Super Easy!

I'm on induction at this time so mine was w/o WG bun while hubby and son used buns..

My side was sliced Cucumbers and Celery stuffed with Light Laughing Cow Cheese.{love that stuff!} They had chips and stuff..

Man, I wanted some of them Lays chips! lol..{I was a good girl!}
