It's 0315, and I'm back from the gym. Did I mention that it is a little after 3AM? Yup, it ain't easy being me. I work 12hr shifts (actually 12.5 hrs) and after work and the commute home I am no good in the Gym. And before work is not really an option because thats about 5pm and, well, if you go to the gym you know what that means... crap- just when i was getting started - gotta go - work calls

Congratulations, both to your weight loss as to your determination. We have a residential gym here, open in 24/7, and busy in 24/7. The late night owls finishing their exercise sessions around 2 AM, only be followed by early birds at 3 AM. Yes, you are absolutely right only the craziest are going to ANY gym between 5-8PM.

Cheers:

Eva

Back and arms last tonight. Felt weak, really miss a bit of carb from TKD which I am avoiding while on day 8 of a re-induction.

Plate loaded isolateral rows: 50x12,50x10,70x10,90x9
Lat pull: 70x12,80x10, 100x6 (felt HARD, usually fail 100 at 8)
DB curls: 10x12, 15x10,20x6 (hard, usually fail 20 at 8)
EZ curl 30x8
Plate loaded preacher: 25x2!!! couldn't do, bonked...
Plate shrugs: 50x12, 70x10
Tri's 30x12, 50x10
no time for abs, late back to work...
