Talking Proof that I am working my butt off

Well I thought that I should start keeping better track of what type of workouts I get in each day. I am determined to be in the best shape of my life by July 5, 2004. Today I am weighing in at 197.5 pounds, and I will start keeping track of my progress from now on. I am currently wearing a size 18 pants, and an XL womens top.

Not a huge day for workouts, but at least I got some in.

At work I pushed carts through the snow several times, and got a good workout that way

Bench press - did 12 (25 pounds) did 10 (30 pounds ) did 8 ( 40 pounds )

Using the lat bar doing arm & back workout facing away from the lat bar & sitting down, used 40 pounds, did 12, 10 , and 8

turned around and used the lat bar the forward direction with 40 pounds. Did 12, 10 and 8.

Did 1.2 mile on the elliptical ( would have done more, but I decided to call it a day )

later tonight I will do stretching, 25 crunches, and leg lifts

Hopefully tomorrow will be better, I am going to research weight lifting, and see what I can come up with, for a regular weightlifting program & stick with it no matter what.
