This just made me laugh. I'm surprised I didn't snort coffee out of my nose.

I was actually kind of hoping for some ideas to get rid of these man boobs...

Good news is that I need to go buy a new pair of pants. I guess I could just buy a skirt instead and practice cross dressing for awhile....

I wish to be able to go on small hikes/walks again without getting winded and without my knees and feet killing me so I can better pursue my hobby of nature photography.

Dude, you should put your real name (or even an alias) in your signature. I hate calling anyone 'fatass,' although I think it's good to be able to be a little self-deprecating.

On the boobays... I have no idea if there's any science on this, but if PCOS in women is associated with insulin resistance, can the same be true for men, even though they don't have much estrogen floating around? I wonder if you'll see an improvement by sticking to LC eating and improving your insulin sensitivity. Your best chance would probably be working out, sticking to the diet, and avoiding soy like the plague. (Every veg/an guy I know, even a very lean one, has ta-tas. Again, not sure what the science says...)

HAHAHA. Congrats. My *vegetarian* SO, who's slim but has some manboobs that come and go, said, "If they were any bigger, I'd never leave the house."

I think all you can really do (aside from surgery) is stick with Atkins, lose the weight and cross your fingers. I've never come across a guy on the internet where significant weight loss wasn't accompanied by a reduction of chest fat (genuine cases of gynomastia aside, and even then, as with women, they'd get smaller).

I've read that man boobs are often a sign of too much estrogen and not enough testosterone. So perhaps staying away from flax and soy, and eating more foods that help build testosterone? I'm NOT looking to decrease my boob size, so I haven't looked into it too much- just a little because my bro has man boobs.

I just wish to keep feeling good...to keep feeling like life is a great thing...to keep loving what I eat...to keep feeling like I'm eating like a normal person and not binging. That's my wish and so far it's holding steady.

Weight loss will be (SF cream cheese) icing on the (almond meal-based) cake if it continues. No particular zone in mind.

You guys are hilarious....

As for the boobs...I'm not looking to lose any either....but I def. do on lc. When I was 213 I was pushing out of a C cup. When I got to goal (at that time 135) before I was just barely a B...really prob could have gone to an A. Come to think of it, that's probably one of the reasons dh said I had lost TOO much weight. SO...it stands to reason that you should have a decrease as well, and probably more pronounced since you're a man. Just a guess, though. Hopefully you'll get some responses from other men who've lost theirs with lc.

Default my wish

I wish I had more/stronger will power. I wish I had the physique of Linda Hamilton in Terminator 2. I wish I would just win the lottery already.
