Question Chicken Nuggets

I really need help with this one!!!!!!

I have been eating a lot of fried chicken lately and I was wondering was that ok since I am on the introduction phase of the diet.

I have been eating Chicken Nugget from Wendy's just about everyday.

Do anyone know the Carb value of them or if they are even permitted on the diet at all.

Thanks-A-Bunch

Simple. NO.

Fried food = breading=white flour.

That isn't on the induction list. Anything with breading is a no no.

Have you read all the way through the book? In the induction section there is a list of "safe" foods ment for induction. You may go back and look at the list

Cool Ok to eat at Wendy's

I would think the chicken ceasar pita pocket should be ok as long as you treat the pita like a wrapper and just eat the guts of it. Or get a doulbe bacon cheeseburger and a side salad. Toss the bun and your cookin' with gas!

Default Also.....

you can check the nutritional counts for everything on Wendy's menu (including condiments and componants!) at their website. This way you can figure out what to order BEFORE you go. Hope this helps.http://www.wendys.com/index0.html
