Default Lean Pockets....am i allowed to have them?

Hello. I was wondeirng about the supreme lean pockets. They have 12 net carbs, with 7 grams of fiber . Seems like a good lunch choice for me since i am on the go alot. What does SBD think? It is a whole grain pocket, and seems ok...? Let me know! I will stop if they are bad! Have a good day!

I am now on phase 2. The frozen food works out for me b/c I am on the run so much, and the easy meals are perfect. I just won't have many a week! Thanks.

I don't know if it helps at all, but I keep all the ingredients needed for quick wraps on hand...shredded chicken, ham or turkey, washed lettuce, chopped tomatoes, green onions and green pepper, shredded cheese and whole grain wraps. They can be thrown together quickly and are more filling
