I so happy for you, bouncing is frustrating, I totally understand and you saying you do as well makes me feel I’m not alone on that front. 😁
yOu….. as you figure things out, just as the rest of us are trying to, I look forward to your updates, may this new medication be the source of great success for you.
I’m still bouncing myself. Sleep, pain and a heat wave (which all means I swell up) have been my issues, that said, I feel strongly that how I am eating and the fact I’m up and moving each day are my reward at this point. The weight will come off, even if it is a very slow process.
So glad to have you two and MsA…. to challenge ourselves to get 5 lbs off. 5 lbs OFF, and then moving to the next 5lbs OFF will add up….every lb gone for good COUNTS.😎
