Yeah, it really is. At 217 I shouldn't be stalling. I only lost 15lbs. I think I am going to eat like 90% fat for a week. My ratios are fine.. I'm not new to this. If nothing than I think I'm going to get some hormone blood tests or something cause obviously something is wrong with me.

I had REALLY good luck with 80%+ fat. There was a short period of time where I ate 10oz of cream cheese throughout the day, and nothing else, and it broke a stall like a charm. But not sustainable of course. Good luck, keep us posted!

Thanks JSchoon, going to use the Boots Chemist pay scale tomorrow. I feel like I've lost weight but only started measuring my total inches yesterday, so going off the belt loop thing.

5 days to go, then we're in October. Let's make 'em count

End of month and exactly 1lb shy of target. How did we all do?

See you all on the flip side

lol. Same. It wasn't my fault at first.. then I decided I didn't care so it was then my fault at that point. Oh, I'm still under 120 but not under 117 which I've been at all of September.

Planned to start 80% fat today..but I'm waiting until my check deposits in my account which won't be until Tuesday because I want to order coconut oil online and some other things.. so don't even know if I can start before that because butter and olive oil don't sound too appealing right now.

Pretty much ditto Two of my goals were to continue already-established habits, and I did manage to do that.

Well, not much progress for me for Sept. At 253 for month end, a mere 3 lbs down from the start of the month. Better than a gain I guess!

Last time I low carbed, I remember hitting a bit of a wall at 240, and I stuck there for quite a long while, before falling back into the evil carb trough.. I am wary now though, and planning to combat this happening again!

So, must review menus again, stay far away from cheeses I think.

I went off my diet last week or 2 and I am STILL 217. It's ridiculous.

I ordered some things online..including coconut oil. Back on the diet and no cravings or any issues but I could care less about staying anyway. Plan on doing 80% fat as soon as I get the coconut.

I know this thread is dead.. just felt like ranting really and I already bitched about it in here and didnt' want to make a new thread and re-explain things. lol
