Spectrum Naturals Light Canola Mayo
*made with expeller pressed canola oil
*no hexane extraction

I think that I have tried this and it is okay.
I usually just make some from tofu, grapeseed oil,
vinegar, dijon mustard and splenda maple syrup.
I think it is quite good and here is the exact recipe
from Chef Deborah, a vegan low carber.

I just add a little oil to it, maybe a teaspoon.
