I too use a steamer for eggs, and always poke a tiny hole in one end, which keeps the eggs from cracking. But I only steam the eggs for 8 minutes, which keeps the yolk moister.
Made it this afternoon using some already pealed hard boiled eggs from the store. Used the Frenches Horseradish Mustard (no carbs also) instead. Now I finally have a satisfying snack. Looking forward to keeping these as go to items while in induction for the upcoming months. Thanks for the idea!
