I caught the tail end of Martha Stewarts show today on Food Network, and I saw her making Tofu French Fries, that are baked! They looked really good, and looked healthy, and very french fry like! Hehe anyhow I didnt catch any of the preping instructions, and I searched this cooking forum and couldnt find anything baked.. Only fried, which Id rather not have to do if I dont have to..
